Each event has its own cancellation window based on the venue’s refund policy. Please follow the guidelines listed for that specific event. Cancellations made after the stated window will not be eligible for a refund.

You’re welcome to exchange your ticket for credit toward another event, as long as the cancellation is made within the stated window.

Guests who arrive after the reservation time will be seated according to the venue’s discretion. If the group has finished the reservation or left the table, the ticket is considered redeemed and is non-refundable.
